TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS
By accessing our site and/or otherwise accepting this Agreement, you agree to comply with our classk12.org community guidelines.
Definitions
"Classk12.org” and “CLASS Members Only” Websites are comprised of the website, pages, and links with the homepage or beginning website at http://www.classk12.org. It is owned and operated by the Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools (CLASS). Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites are managed by CLASS with technical support from the Boston Web Power (BWP), LLC.
A "Registered User" or the "Registered User" is anyone who establishes a connection with or accesses the pages starting with the home page at http://www.Classk12.org, and has read and signed this Disclaimer.
Use
CLASS Members Only Website reserves the right to ban any user from accessing any part of CLASS Members Only Website at any time for any reason without prior notification. CLASS Members Only Website reserves the right to delete any posting at any time, for any reason. There are no warranties expressed or implied as to the results obtained from the use of the information contained herein.
No advertisements, Banner Ads, or unsolicited sales are allowed, nor is endorsement of any product by a Registered User.
Assumed Risk
A Registered User assumes all risk for using classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites pages including, but not limited to, the possibility of reading provocative material (not likely), the possibility of being harassed by other visitors, the possibility of downloading a computer virus, and/or any other foreseen or unforeseen possibility.
Responsibility & Ownership
A Registered User who accesses classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites, agrees to indemnify, and hold harmless, the Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools and Boston Web Power (BWP) against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, costs and expenses which may be sustained by reasons of any injury to or death of any Registered User, or for any loss or damage to property owned by any Registered User, caused by any negligent act or omission on the part of the classk12.org and CLASS  Members Only Websites Web Manager, or any CLASS board of directors or staff member of Boston Web Power (BWP). Furthermore, the Webmaster is not responsible for and will not become involved in any forum transaction(s) or discussion(s), and/or is not responsible for any and all damages arising from the use of classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites. The Webmaster reserves the right and maintains the responsibility to remove any item from any forum at time for any reason. Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites shall not be used for unlawful purposes.
Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites are not responsible for the content of any forum message, link, page, website or directory listing contained herein. The Registered User assumes all risk for downloading and/or uploading information from this website. Regardless, the Webmaster of the classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites is not responsible for any information posted by a Registered User or accepted and/or used by a Registered User. The Registered User agrees to access classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites at his/her own risk.
Copyright Statement
The Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools (CLASS) holds copyright protection over all the images, content, and code contained in classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites with some exceptions. A full list of images and ownership is maintained and held by the Webmaster of the classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites.
Violation of Terms of Use
Offending, flaming, defaming, hearsay, shouting (posting your entire post in all capital letters), or otherwise using what the Webmaster claims is offending, flaming, defaming, hearsay, or shouting shall not be tolerated and the Webmaster or appointed person will remove the post. The Webmaster is not required to notify the offender.
Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites reserve the right to ban any user from accessing any part of the CLASS Members Only Website at any time for any reason.
Distribution of Third –Party Content
Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites do not exercise editorial control over third-party content provided, uploaded, published, or distributed by users and other participants in classk12.org. In other words, classk12.org is merely a distributor, not a publisher, of such content. Such content may contain the views, opinions, statements, offers, and other material of the respective users, suppliers, participants, or authors. Classk12.org does not endorse, is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties regarding such content or its accuracy, supplier ability or fitness for any particular purpose, and classk12.org shall not be liable for any harm resulting from or in connection with reliance on any such content. In addition, classk12.org shall not be a party to or liable in any way for any harm associated with any transaction between our users and any other user in classk12.org. Any products or services offered or sold on or through classk12.org by any person other than classk12.org are offered or sold subject to terms and conditions solely between our users and such other person or supplier.
Your Information is Private
Registered Users are requested to enter limited personal information during Information Requests. Under no circumstance will the Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools and BWP sell, transfer or disseminate this personal information gathered by the CLASS Members Only Website site to any other entity.  
User Information is Secure
Register User information is secured because the classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites do not store information on the web server. All personal information is stored in a data base where the access is restricted to the organization management only.
How "Cookies" are Used
Register Users and Visitors should be aware that non-personal/non-critical information, such as IDs and generic letter/number combinations may be stored and collected by the CLASS Members Only Website through the use of "cookies". The webmaster uses "cookies" solely for the purpose of maintaining sessions such as users/customers login status and order/product status. "Cookies" are required for the CLASS Members Only Website and functionality may or may not work with "cookies" disabled.
Terms and Conditions
Registered Users should assume that everything seen or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or in the text on the Site without the written permission of the Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools, classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites.  The Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools, classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites neither warrant nor represent that a Registered User’s use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with the Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools.
While classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.
Registered Users use of and browsing in the Site are at the user's own risk. Neither the Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools (CLASS), Boston Web Power (BWP) nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. Any communication or material a Registered User transmits to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything transmitted or posted may be used by the Chinese Language Association of Secondary and Elementary Schools or its affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, classk12.org and CLASS Membership Websites are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication a Registered User sends to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.
Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites. The use of these images by a Registered User, or anyone else authorized by a Registered User, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
Term of Agreement
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or classk12.org. You may terminate this Agreement upon our receipt of your notice via email to classk12@gmail.com and by our subsequently disabling your password and ID. If you are unsatisfied with the Services provided through classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites, your sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement. We may terminate this Agreement, in whole or with respect to a Service, with or without cause, at any time immediately upon our disabling your password and ID. We may notify you of termination of the Agreement via email or other written notice to the address you provide to us in the registration process. After the termination of this Agreement or a Service, you are not authorized to access or use the Service, and you shall cease all such access and use. If you nonetheless access or use the Service in spite of termination of the Agreement or Service, your use of, or access to, the Service will be subject to the version of the Agreement then in effect as to all current users.
Changes to Agreement and Services
Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites may make changes to this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Services indicates your continued agreement to be bound by this Agreement, as changed from time to time. You should view this Agreement often to stay informed of changes that may affect you. If you have registered with us and provided us with an email address, we may provide you with notice informing you that this Agreement has changed, but such notice shall be for convenience only and shall not be required for the effectiveness of the changes. You agree to check the Services, your mail, and/or email on a regular basis to receive important and timely notices from us. Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites may also make changes to the Services and site, including discontinuing any Service or content, or otherwise restricting access and use. We reserve the right to do so without prior notice to you. Classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites reserve the right to change or add any fees or charges for access or use of classk12.org and CLASS Members Only Websites or any of the Services at any time.
