Presenter: Dr. Yulan Lin

Topic: A Balanced Skills-Getting and Skills-Using Lesson Planning

This session aims to answer the age-old question "Why do students progress so slowly and produce so little, when we work so hard and teach so much?" We will explore the root cause of this, which lies in the imbalance between designing language-learning and language-using activities. This session will outline ways to design a lesson that is well balanced and well sequenced through skills-getting and skills-using activities to maximize student outcomes, even when working with time constraints. Save your space please Register now!
